Nestled under a canopy of native oak trees, our lovely 1887 Church brings a simple romance and charm to your special day. With a variety of settings, our grounds are versatile enough for every style of celebration. Whether traditional, nontraditional, religious, or secular, there are many possibilities for your cherished event. 

Surrounded by historical structures and beautiful gardens, unique photo opportunities abound at Manatee Village Historical Park. Should you wish to capture a vintage feel or add a touch of whimsy to your photos, here you will find the perfect setting. Your guests can stroll along brick paths, relax in the gazebo or on a porch swing, and get a feel for a by-gone era. Manatee Village Historical Park provides an aura of elegance that will be long remembered and treasured.

1887 Old Meeting House Church

  • Beautiful stained glass windows and old fashioned wall sconces 
  • Piano and Bluetooth enabled stereo
  • Altar and original 1887 pews

1860 Courthouse

  • Manatee County’s first courthouse 
  • The oldest building in Manatee Village and the oldest remaining building built as a courthouse in the entire state of Florida

Fee Schedule

Standard wedding package includes one hour for rehearsal and two hours on your wedding day.

  • Weekend Wedding
    $481.50 total ($450.00 + $31.50 tax)
  • Weekday Wedding
    $240.75 total ($225.00 + $15.75 tax)
  • Security Guard Fee                           $80 total (tax exempt)
  • Security Deposit                             $200.00 refundable (Refund of the Security Deposit will be made within 30 days of the wedding, provided no regulations have been broken, no property damages have been incurred, and the time limit is observed.)
  • Additional hour
    $128.40 total ($120.00 + $8.40 tax)
  • Weekend Reception                         $513.60 total ($480.00 + $33.60 tax)

Manatee Village will be closed Monday, June 26 through Thursday, July 4. We will resume normal hours on Wednesday, July 5. 

Saturday Openings this summer are: June 24, July 8, July 22, August 12, and August 26.
