REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Manatee Village Historical Park is a part of the Manatee County Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller Historical Resources Department. Programs are offered in conjunction with the Manatee County Historical Commission, Inc. 

 

What if there is bad weather?

Due to the nature of Florida weather, we will decide 30-60 minutes before an activity (event, class, tour) whether any changes should be made. In the event of rain, any activity may take place in the 1887 Church instead of the original location at the discretion of Manatee Village Historical Park. This includes tours in the 1850 Manatee Burying Grounds cemetery.

 

What if I can’t attend? 

Refunds: Due to the nature of our events, security fees, and supplies involved, all ticket and event PURCHASES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be given. Supplies for the event are already purchased before the event and security is already contracted. Money received for the event will be used to support the event itself, historic preservation, and/or future programs at Manatee Village Historical Park. Your purchase supports our efforts.

 

What if the event is cancelled? 

Manatee Village Historical Park reserves the right to cancel any activity, event, class, and/or tour as it deems necessary. In the event of a cancellation, Manatee Village Historical Park may or may not provide an alternative location and/or date and time. ABOUT THE CLERK’S OFFICE

The Clerk of the Circuit Court was established as a public trustee by the Florida Constitution in 1838. The Clerk of the Circuit Court serves as the Clerk of Courts, the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, Auditor, Recorder, and Custodian of all County Funds. In Manatee County, the Clerk’s office also administers a child support enforcement program, violence protection advocacy program and Teen Court programs. Located at 1115 Manatee Avenue West in Downtown Bradenton, the Courthouse is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Please be sure to visit our web site at www.manateeclerk.com.
